Chapter 01
Where it began
It started close to home.
Like most good ideas, Snack Heaven began with food that was already all around us: the fruits and crops that fill Gambian markets and kitchens.
The idea was simple. Take the produce we already loved and turn it into snacks that are easy to carry, easy to share and good enough to be proud of. That idea became Snack Heaven.
Chapter 02
The inspiration
Why shouldn’t our snacks be the ones on every shelf?
Mango season. Plantain cooked every way imaginable. Sweet potato from the market. The Gambia has no shortage of good things to eat, and we believed the snacks made from them deserved packaging, presentation and quality to match.
So we set out to make them ourselves, with care at every step and packs we would be happy to see on any shelf.
Chapter 03
The products
Six snacks, each with a reason to exist.
Dried Fruit Salad and Dried Mango for the fruit lovers. Original, Ripe and Sweet Plantain Chips for everyone who grew up on plantain. Sweet Potato Chips for something a little different.
Every product in the range is made to be simple, satisfying and easy to share.

Behind every bag is a team of people choosing, preparing, cooking and packing, and taking pride in getting it right.

The Gambia is in everything we make. It is in the produce we work with, the flavours we love and the generous way snacks are shared here.
We want Snack Heaven to show what a modern Gambian food brand can be: confident, high-quality and every bit as good as anything on the shelf beside it.
Chapter 06
Where we’re going
Bringing Snack Heaven to more people.
Our next chapter is about growth: new products, new places and more people discovering Snack Heaven.
We are working to put Snack Heaven on more shelves and in more hands, while keeping the care that goes into every bag.
